Flight over the cuckoo's nest

Adaptation of Ken Kesey's bestselling novel, popularized by Miloš Forman's film. The story of the rebellion of a rebellious frivolous, temporarily incarcerated in a mental hospital, and his conflict with a perfidious, human-manipulating ward sister grows to the size of a totalitarian metaphor. The story, originally set in the United States at the time of the beaters, hippies, free love and experiments with LSD, is transferred to the present in our performance. Kesey's work is material for creating expressive, bloody acting creations. In the performance of Cezary Iber we see a large part of the artistic ensemble of the Polish Theater in Wrocław, three dancers, and the main role of Randle Patrick McMurphy is played by Piotr Łukaszczyk.
