With crystal bowls, tuning forks and other overtone instruments, Lydbad creates a meditative experience played live by sound designer and soundbath facilitator Cecilie Dahlin. Here you are invited to let go of the pace of everyday life with a quiet moment for body and mind.
We recommend that you bring a warm blanket or scarf to take over.
The foyer is open after Lydbad, so you can finish your new morning ritual with a cup of coffee or tea.
