Co-financed from the funds of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage under the program of the National Center of Culture: Dom Kultury+ Edition 2026.
The project “Laboratory of Urban Partnership” implemented by the Culture Center “13 Muz” in Szczecin is a process activity, the aim of which is to create a sustainable model of cooperation of cultural institutions with residents.
The project is implemented as part of the National Culture Centre — House of Culture+ Edition 2026 /Local Partnership program.
The main assumptions of the project:
— transition from the “institution organizes” model to the “institution co-creates with residents” model
— building a partnership based on:
— co-decision making
— co-responsibility
— intergenerational cooperation
— development of a systemic cooperation model that will be applicable in the coming years
Key actions:
— update of the diagnosis of residents' needs
— workshops and trainings for residents and cultural staff
— elaboration of partnership rules
— implementation of micro-initiatives
— testing and evaluation of the cooperation model
Effects of the project:
— sustainable local partnership
— increasing the involvement of residents
— development of competences of participants and team
— creating a model for the co-creation of a cultural offer
Recruitment of institutions and organizations for the project
Dom Kultury “13 Muz” in Szczecin invites you to participate in the project “Laboratory of Urban Partnership” implemented as part of the Dom Kultury+ Edycja 2026 program.
Participation in the project is free of charge. The call is open until April 30. It is based on cooperation, commitment and exchange of experience.
The main objective of the project is to develop and test a sustainable model of cooperation between the cultural institution and local partners — organizations, institutions and social leaders — based on co-decision, co-responsibility and real impact on cultural activities in the city.
We invite representatives of cultural and educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, informal groups, local leaders and animators and people interested in co-creating cultural activities to participate in the partnership.
During the workshop, the partners will jointly develop a project idea that responds to the needs of the local community. Subsequently, this project will be implemented in a partnership formula, as a pilot of developed solutions. The partners will participate in updating the local diagnosis and in the evaluation of activities, which will make it possible to adapt the cooperation model to the real needs and potentials of the local environment.
