Revive the old T-shirt with a statement print, reprint a lost game character or design a stamp: MeetUp in the Humboldt Forum!
In this three-hour workshop, anyone interested is invited to get to know and try out various Maker Space technologies. On various dates (see below), we will explain how to produce useful things for everyday life with a laser cutter, 3D printer, cutting plotter, sewing or embroidery machine. Inspired by the house's current exhibitions and themes, you can design and design your own graphics and objects on a laptop using Inkscape or Tinkercad software. If you are clever, you can take home a finished product at the end.
Please note that the two monthly MeetUps are divided into an appointment for participants with little or no previous knowledge and an appointment for advanced students who have already participated in the MeetUp several times or are familiar with devices and software. The workshop is generally not suitable for children and adolescents under 16 years of age.
The number of people is limited. Please book a free participation ticket per person at the box office in the Humboldt Forum foyer by 1:55pm on the day of the event.
