ul. Adama Mickiewicza 20, Bielsko-Biała

The Little Prince, through his “lamb portal”, draws us into his story, in which the search for friendship and closeness meets the serious world of adults. It's a story about coming out of the box and tearing down the walls between us. About building a common home. About building bridges. About building bonds. It's about building something else out of them. Because it may not matter what we build, but with whom? The little prince is looking for someone like that in his life. And you? Maybe you already have someone like that? Who is your friend? How does his voice sound? Does he collect butterflies?

Filip Jaśkiewicz — director

More than 375 languages, dialects and bustle have been translated and translated “The Little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. This is the most popular children's book in the world. Or is it just for the kids? The phenomenon of the work lies, among other things, in its universality. Oceans of content and meaning, contained in just a few dozen pages of the booklet, remain relevant regardless of the age of the recipient or even the latitude in which he lives.

In a world of many questions and disproportionately fewer answers, invariably “the most important thing is what is invisible to the eye.”

The performance was nominated in the category PERFORMANCE FOR YOUNG SPECTATORS for the theater award “Golden Masks” in 2024.
