Mammoth: The End Tour

GRAMMY® -nominated songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and producer Wolfgang Van Halen stands out as the creator of exceptional hard rock. His Mammoth project has garnered more than 100 million plays, sold out tours and charted in less than five years since its debut, becoming one of the most authentic rock projects of the 2020s.

On the third album “The End” [BMG], Wolfgang develops his distinctive style and visionary approach. “I constantly strive to be my own unique artist, even though my name naturally provokes comparisons,” says the artist. “I am proud of this record because it shows tremendous development at every level.”

Mammoth's debut album WVH (2021) peaked at number 12 on the Billboard 200 and peaked at number one on three Billboard charts. The single “Distance” garnered a GRAMMY® nomination in the category “Best Rock Song”. Mammoth II's second album (2023) confirmed the band's status, with rave reviews from Rolling Stone, Guitar World and KERRANG!, among others. The band supported Metallica, Foo Fighters and Creed, selling out their own shows and appearing on NBC's TODAY shows, Jimmy Kimmel LIVE! and at MusiCares Person of the Year 2024.

During the recording of The End Wolfgang moved away from digital demos, opting for “live” recordings at 5150 Studios with producer Michael “Elvis” Baskette. The album exudes energy and intensity, as can be heard in the title single “The End” and in the tracks “The Spell”, “Same Old Song” and “Selfish”, which demonstrate the artist's technical prowess while simultaneously maintaining melodiousness and rock spirit.

The visual setting of the album is a Moon Patrol cover depicting a man on fire, and the music video for “The End” was created in collaboration with legendary director Robert Rodriguez and makeup artist Greg Nicotero. The video features Danny Trejo, Slash, Myles Kennedy and Wolfgang's mother Valerie Bertinelli.

“The End is the moment when we fully embrace the name 'Mammoth'. This is our rebirth,” says Wolfgang Van Halen. “It's music that allows me to process emotions and gives happiness to others. That's all I want to do.”
