WE HAVE a place here — Art Therapy Workshop for Moms.

Dear Moms, we invite you to unique meetings, during which you will be able to slow down for a while, catch your breath and do something just for yourself.

“Breath and Creativity” is two afternoons full of art, conversation, emotion and creative activity.

Day 1 — 5 October, at 16:00 We will get to know each other through artistic materials, talk about our personal resources and create a “chain of power” that can be continued together with the family also at home. Day 2 — October 12, 16:00 We will focus on emotions — we will paint them, dance them and talk about them. We will check where the emotions are in our body, and while relaxing and dry felting we will create something that you can take home with you. &## #128155;

The workshops will be led by Jolanta Łysakowska, MSc and Tomasz Gluźniewicz, M.Sc., Eng. — people related to art therapy, psychology, coaching and personal development.

Participation in the workshop is free of charge. We encourage you to attend both days.
