Manok

Manok, a middle-aged lesbian woman, has to close her queer bar in Seoul as it is no longer popular among the young LGBTQIA+ community. She returns to her rural hometown, Iban-ri, and teams up with other of the town's inhabitants to run as a mayoral candidate against her ex-husband. This heartwarming comedy shows that renewal -- and revenge -- is never out of reach.
