A group of friends organize parties where they connect with the afterlife with the help of an embalmed hand. Anyone who takes it in his hand and says the words, “Speak to me,” gives his body into the domain of the demon. There is only one iron rule: contact cannot exceed 90 seconds. When one of the participants in the fun breaks the rules, the life of each of them turns into a nightmare.

Dani Timmins has just moved into a new home with her husband, a psychiatrist. One night, a strange guy with glass eyes knocks on their door, claiming to be in danger. He's right, a woman is murdered. Or because of him? That's what Darcy, Dani's blind twin, a psychic by vocation, owner of a specialty store, wants to find out. A year after her sister's death, she pays a surprise visit to her ex-brother-in-law and his new girlfriend. He brings with him a wooden sculpture with his mouth open in a desperate cry, and it is clear that he is investigating. Her private investigation is remarkably out of reach.
