Marc Weide — Magician of the Month

Comedy meets magic! In his program “Magician of the Month,” Marc Weide, world champion of magic, shows why he can not only do magic, but also inspire.

With amazing tricks, quick-witted humor and lots of surprises, he makes for an evening full of wonder and laughter.

Clever. It's funny. Incredibly magical. Don't miss out!

An evening full of wow moments.

Marc Weide proved his clairvoyant abilities at the age of eleven when he announced to his mother: “I'm going to be a magician!” Back then, the two were on their way back from a performance by David Copperfield in Oberhausen, who had brought Marc from the audience on stage as an assistant.

At 13 he won the first magic competitions, at 16 he became the youngest member of the Magic Circle and a little later he was already described as one of “the best magicians in Germany.” In 2018, he lives up to this name when he received first place at the World Championships of Magic in the Salon Magic category and was named “Magician of the Year 2018” by the Magic Circle e.V. In addition to his work as a magician, he hosted the morning magazine “Live nach neun” in Erste in the same year.

In his show, Marc combines his impressive dexterity with quick-witted humor. Instead of big illusions, he focuses on being close to the audience and using everyday objects to create personal moments. His shows are interactive, dynamic and full of surprises.

The result: excellent entertainment, disbelieving amazement and resounding laughter.
