Matthew Mole (RSA)

SUPPORT: Gio Dara (GE)/Doors: 19:00

Meet Matthew Mole, a platinum-selling singer and songwriter from South Africa. He's a musical alchemist who brews a mix of folk, electronic wizardry and a good portion of eccentricity.

Matthew is the maestro behind his melodies and writes his music himself, which moves between fantasy and reality. He has released several full-length albums and B-side EPs and has built a career as a sort of one-man band focused on sonic exploration.

When he's not mesmerizing audiences with his quirky numbers, Matthew collects South African Music Awards nominations and awards as if it were Pokémon cards. And let's not forget his escapades on stage -- whether he's sharing stage with international names like Bastille, Jungle and Robbie Williams, or strolling across the globe from the United States to Europe and on to Thailand and Russia.

And his European tours? Matthew has completed several extensive headliner tours in Europe, including in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain and Belgium. Each stop on his tours marks a new chapter in his global symphony.
