Belly care doctor and baby massage

It is super good and important for your baby's development to lie on your stomach a lot. It strengthens the back and neck — and forms the basis for later crawling & sitting.

But many babies fight a good fight with it -- they think it's hard and don't trace fat. In this workshop you will get a lot of exercises, tips and ideas for tummy tuck games.

We use simple and inexpensive tools — you don't have to invest in expensive equipment afterwards.

In the last half of the workshop, we focus on several nice and easy types of baby massage. We try baby massage for play and stimulation — as well as to relieve, for example, a sluggish stomach.

In the last few minutes we will be checking out our techniques for first aid for foreign bodies in the respiratory tract for babies 0-12 months.

Practical:
After class, notes will be sent by mail to those interested. Bring soft ground for yourself and your baby.For (best) parents with children aged 0-8 months. Pregnant women are also welcome (please bring a doll/teddy bear) .The workshop takes place in the Kultursalen on the ground floor. Prams are allowed to be brought into the room.

After the workshop, children's librarian Birgitte will be ready with the Pop-up library, you can borrow the reference books with you as long as you have downloaded the library app and are registered with the library.
