Mica Millar

One of the most fascinating contemporary singers of the British soul scene — Mica Millar — returns with a new album “A Little Bit of Me” and a tour that will include a concert in Poland. The artist will play on October 17 at the Niebo club in Warsaw and on October 18 at two concerts in Poznań's Blue Note. Tickets go on sale on January 30th.

Mica Millar is a British singer, songwriter and producer who is recognized as one of the most expressive voices of modern soul. Her work combines classic inspirations of soul, R&B, blues, gospel and jazz with a modern, feminine perspective and full artistic independence. She built her career on her own terms — as a self-managed artist and founder of the independent label Golden Hour Music.

Her debut album “Heaven Knows” (2022) earned her international acclaim, a Jazz FM Award for Soul Act of the Year, and rave reviews in industry media. Millar has toured alongside legends such as Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight and Gregory Porter, performing on prestigious stages and festivals across Europe.

The second album, “A Little Bit of Me”, is the most personal and intimate work of her career — entirely written and produced by the artist. It was created in the legendary Miraval Studios in the south of France and is a record of a period of self-discovery, the search for balance and a new creative freedom. The album addresses the themes of emotional duality, relationships, identity and the need for authenticity, confirming Mika Millar's position as a mature and uncompromising artist.

The organizer of the concert is Poznań concert agency Good Taste Production. The rules of the event can be found at www.goodtaste.pl/regulations.
