Michał Korkosz - Delightful

Michał Korkosz, known as Rozkoszny - author of culinary books, creator of the popular blog rozkoszny.pl and culinary photographer. At the center of his kitchen is always pleasure: intense taste, generosity and the conviction that food is not a space for half-measures.

His fame was brought to him by the awards of Saveur magazine for culinary photography. His debut book Fresh from Poland: New Vegetarian Cooking from the Old Country was first published in the United States, then in Poland and Germany, earning the status of a bestseller. He is also the author of New Delights and the latest book Słodkie Rozkoszne. Recipes full of pleasure dedicated to desserts that smell of vanilla, roasted butter and cinnamon, and that exist above all to give pleasure. He approaches the kitchen without undue restraint: it is supposed to be deliciously, boldly and “thickly buttered”.
