The Mystic is a moving, inspired by real events, the story of a woman who dared to follow the voice of her heart and cross the line of the known. It is a story about inner transformation, the search for the meaning of existence and the extraordinary path that led Alicja Lenczewska to experiences beyond material reality. For years Alicja Lenczewska led a dynamic life. She was a loyal member of the Communist Party and a valued teacher — demanding, responsible, and totally devoted to her work. She loved foreign travel. It seemed that her future had been written a long time ago. Until the day when one meeting changed everything... Despite the skepticism of the environment and her own fears, Alice embarks on the path of a deep spiritual life. Her mystical writings, full of sincerity, hope and wisdom, eventually reach thousands of people searching for answers to the most important questions about love, suffering, faith and the meaning of life.
