Rikke Mejlhede-Cranø communicates her knowledge about children and music and talks about the positive effects that musical stimuli can have on children. Together with children and parents, Rikke will show simple rhythmics exercises you can do at home with things you already have in the house.
About RikkerIkke is a trained psychomotor therapist and relaxation educator, musician, yoga teacher, as well as educator specializing in music pedagogy and health psychology. For the past 17 years, she has taught in the field of childbirth and the family in areas such as baby motor skills, family rhythmics, birth preparation and postnatal procedures, as well as body training and yoga for pregnant women. On a daily basis she works at APA - Aftenskolen for psychomotor and relaxation pedagogy.
PraktiskThe event has free admission, but due to limited space it is necessary to book a ticket in advance.The ticket is valid for an adult and a child aged 2-12 months.Remember to report cancellation to hblaes@kk.dk if you are obstructed.The event takes place on the 4th floor of Copenhagen's Main Library.Please note that it is not allowed to bring prams or strollers on the 4th floor. Here you can learn more about your child's development as we immerse ourselves in language, motor skills, singing, reading, nutrition, reflexology, multilingual children and rhythmics. The presentations are conducted by various experts in a pleasant setting and combine professional knowledge with practical exercises.
