Workshop on physical theater, acting training and the basics of partner acrobatics.
Through movement, improvisation and play, we will develop body awareness, plasticity, coordination and motor skills — respecting the individual predispositions and boundaries of each participant.
Working individually, in pairs and in a group, we will build trust in ourselves and our partner, mindfulness and teamwork. From simple physical exercises, we will move on to the elements of partner work and the basics of acrobatics, learning the tools that can later become material for creating your own stage actions.
All in an atmosphere full of humor, creative freedom, cooperation, movement and fun!
