Thomas, 11, is an energetic, basketball-loving boyfriend who is trying to keep up with his older siblings. When he loses power in his legs in an accident, his life changes dramatically. One day, a mischievous furry creature named Fleak appears in Thomas' house and takes him on a magical journey to another dimension. The boy, in a fantasy land, will regain the ability to walk, but in return he will have to face an all-consuming monster.

This animation is a touching story of courage in facing your fears, as well as family ties that can overcome even the darkest forces.
