Young Horizons Education: Johnny

“Johnny” is a story based on real events that touches and inspires. Told from the perspective of Jan Kaczkowski's ward, Patryk Galewski — a boy who didn't have an easy start in life.

Patrick breaks into a cottage in a small town. The court's verdict orders him to do social work in the Puck hospice, where he meets the extraordinary Fr Jan Kaczkowski. The clergyman enlists the young guys from the competition, seemingly tough rebels, to help the terminally ill. In her work, she focuses on closeness, tenderness and the struggle for relationships with the other human being. Teaches empathy. And he does it with a large amount of humor, which is why he gains immense popularity. Soon after, John himself becomes a patient of his hospice. Patrick is placed in a situation that will change his whole life.
