The power of herbs and beauty — herbal and cosmetic workshops

The Jacek Lech Municipal House of Culture invites young people and adults to herbal and cosmetic workshops on 23 October, from 17:00 to 20:00.

Autumn is the time when nature endows us with unique treasures. One of them is the chestnut tree, whose fruits have been used for generations in traditional herbalism and natural care.

During the workshop we will take a closer look at chestnuts and discover what is hidden inside them. We will find out how chestnuts were used in the past, what substances are found in them and how they can be used in home cosmetology.

However, the most important part of the meeting will be creating with your own hands. Together we will prepare a natural chestnut ointment, knowing the next stages of its formation. Each participant will be able to create their own preparation and take it home with them.

The workshop will be conducted by Bernadeta Bojanowicz-Urbaniec.
