Momoko Gill

The tutorial drummer, producer, vocalist and composer has collaborated with Alabaster Deplume, Matthew Herbert, Coby Sey, Tirzah and Nadeem Din-Gabisi, among others. Many years of stage experience have shaped her unique musical language.

In her original project Momoko Gill presents music that defies genre definitions. It combines jazz, electronics, songwriting and experiment to create a sound based on intuition, emotion and personal expression. Raised between Japan, the US and the UK, she draws from diverse cultural experiences that she translates into unique compositions and narratives.

Her latest material is a moving, poetic tale full of contrasts — from jazzy grooves and subtle harmonies to dark, experimental soundscapes. It is bold, sincere and uncompromising music, showing the fullness of Momoko Gill's artistic vision.

We invite you to a unique concert of the artist, who combines contemporary jazz and electronics in a fascinating way.
