Monika Borzym “With Wasowski to Bed”/MROWNA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2026

Monika Borzym will present a project dedicated to the work of Jerzy Wasowski — one of the most important composers in the history of Polish song.

The artist reaches for both well-known compositions and less obvious pieces, giving them her own contemporary and jazz character.

“With Wasowski to Bed” is an intimate musical story about love, closeness, relationships and emotions, in which interpretation and space left for musicians to improvise are just as important as the text.

Composition:

• Monika Borzym — vocals

• Krzysztof Dys — piano

• Maciej Szczyciński — double bass

• Marcin Ułanowski — drums
