What can you expect?

During the meeting we will trace the artistic path of Elton John - from his beginnings as a talented pianist, through his phonographic debut and references to “The Wizard of Oz”, to his spectacular performance at the LIVE AID festival in 1985.

In the program of the event:

Lecture: we will present the most interesting topics from the life and career of the artist.

Listening together: we will listen in full to one of Elton John's iconic records from the 1970s, from our collection.

Video projection: we will see the famous performance of the artist during the 1985 LIVE AID concert.

What are Music Auditions?

Musical Auditions are our unique meetings that combine the formula of the lecture with listening to the records found in the collections of our library. During the events we present the silhouettes of artists and bands that forever changed the course of music history.
