MUSIC THERAPY FOR SENIORS
There is no need to convince regulars and regulars of MNW's senior programs that art can heal. Classes during which we interact with music and image help to maintain intellectual and motor skills. The time spent together is not only an opportunity to listen, but also to make music, regardless of the degree of aptitude and experience.

The classes are conducted by Aleksandra Endzelm — rhythmist, cultural animator, educator, composer of songs for children, singer, pianist, yoga instructor for children. She works with children, adults, seniors and families. She conducts music classes, vocal ensembles, art workshops, teacher trainings, individual singing and piano lessons. A graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Music at the Faculty of Rhythmics. He cooperates with numerous cultural institutions, including for many years with the Fryderyk Chopin Museum.
