They're coming!

Asteroids, comets and explosions are coming! Listen to the fascinating story of our cosmic origins.

Today we can proudly state that scientists do not wait for asteroids and comets to arrive on Earth so that we can study them. During the “They Are Coming” screening, we will take a closer look at the spacecraft we want to send to rocky asteroids and icy comets in the future. We will trace the trek of the Chelyabinsk meteor. This superbolide entered Earth's atmosphere in 2013 and lit up the sky as brightly as the Sun. It has also been immortalized by dozens of ground cameras, which has become valuable material for investigating its origin. In addition to this, we will also see a visualization of the history of the Solar System, whose age is estimated at billions of years.

The film has an audio description in Polish.
