THE FURTHEST TOMORROW, dir. Joanna Piwowar-Antosiewicz

The play “The farthest tomorrow” is several chapters of a story about the road. The way “from” and “to”. It is a journey during which, any version of events is possible. Every road becomes accessible, for everyone. The staging was created as a result of several months of creative process, a diverse artistic ensemble centered around the Small Theater and the St. Faustina School in Tychy. During it, participants tried to answer fundamental questions: what is closeness and how does it connect to the need for freedom? Is it possible to miss someone who is yet to be? Do boundaries really exist, or do we impose them on ourselves? Who are we when no one is watching? The show is an attempt to create a new map of the world, new networks of roads, thanks to which everywhere and to everyone will be close to us. And what we are waiting for may happen tomorrow at the latest.
