Once a year, participants from all over the world flock to a picturesque village in the north of Scotland to compete for the title of world champion in... making porridge! In the documentary Best Porridge in the World, behind the fierce culinary rivalry hides a warm and humorous story about eccentric locals, living tradition, local heritage and the community you would like to be a part of.

His path in gastronomy began with his first job in a restaurant in Wrocław during Euro 2012. A year later he went to the United Kingdom, where he studied International Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts at the University of Derby — it was there that the doors opened for him to ambitious gastronomy and places with numerous awards.

He has cooked in Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK (including Marcus Wareing) and Spain. He learned the secrets of “New Nordic Cuisine” at the iconic Relae in Copenhagen. After returning to Poland, he worked at Zamek Topacz and Oda Bistro, and for the last 4 years he opened and managed a boutique hotel and restaurant Villatoro.

This rich professional journey taught him one thing: cooking has no limits. His philosophy? Food is supposed to please, give a feeling of comfort and taste the best childhood memories.

Bravely going after her own, trusting her intuition and with a great passion for life. He travels at any free moment, collects ceramics and admires Wrocław from a bicycle perspective. In addition to work, he devotes himself to books, music, cinema. These are her ways to relax and take care of her well-being.

Małgorzata knows perfectly well that without trying to balance and take care of her health, none of her bold and demanding dreams and goals would be possible.

Now the time has come for another cinematic adventure, which had to take place in Wrocław's New Horizons, because locality and quality are life motto for Gosi, not slogans repeated in the mainstream.
