Our revolution

“Our Revolution” is a feature film inspired by the story of Grażyna and Jacek Kuroniów. At the heart of the story is their relationship — full of tenderness, mutual support and the belief that together they can change the world. This is the story of two people who became involved in the struggle for freedom and democratic transformation in Poland, paying a high personal price for their elections. The film shows the birth of the democratic opposition, the activities of the Workers' Defense Committee, and the repression of the communist authorities, but it tells about them primarily through the prism of emotions, everyday life and the characters' accounts.
