OUR WIVES, dir. Wojciech Malajkat

Our wives, not just about men

Our Wives is an acting concert featuring three outstanding actors. Without betraying the tense storyline, we can guarantee that you will be drawn into a whirlwind of unexpected twists from the very beginning. The exquisite cast, in which we will see highly acclaimed actors, will ensure that the tension on the stage does not subside until the last moment.

Two old friends are waiting for the third. He was supposed to come for the cards, but he's late...

In a situation where a long-standing friendship is put to the test, secrets and hidden grievances and frustrations come to light. The heroes of the play have an established position, experience and family life. But is love even possible at a time when interpersonal relationships become a transaction? The picture of modern relationships shown through the prism of a friendly meeting of adult guys will once be funny, once terrible, but certainly moving.

It is worth emphasizing that Eric Assous' “Our Wives” is not only an excellent play about male rivalry and a sense of loyalty. Morality, too, will be subjected to an unexpected test. From the bravely written text, director Wojciech Malajkat masterfully extracts softer tones and emphasizes issues that mature men do not fully cope with. At the same time, when necessary, he spares no one, exposing the facade behind which real human characters hide.

The audacious, brilliant story of a meeting of friends, in a star-studded cast, is a suspenseful spectacle in which reflection is interspersed with humor.
