Natalia Grosiak - The first tour in life

She has played hundreds of concerts in her life. She toured the stages from Wroclaw to Tokyo, conquered Fryderyk and sang songs with Mikromusic that half of Poland knows. And yet... this is her first tour of her life.

After more than two decades on stage, Natalia Grosiak is doing something she has never done before -- standing in front of an audience exclusively under her own name, promoting her debut solo album “Tamtej ja ja nie ma”.

Where did this name come from? And why the strikethrough?

“I've been thinking about the title of the album for a long time. At first it seemed to me that it sounded like goodbye. Today I think the exact opposite is true. It's a story of transformation. Life changes us silently. Every encounter, every love, every delight, every loss, every laugh and every fear leaves its mark on us. One day we realize that we look at the world a little differently than we used to. That girl's gone. There is a woman who carries in her everything that girl was. She didn't lose anything. It just grew.”

This tour is not a farewell to the past, but a celebration of transformation. Without the shield of the band, without hiding behind the history of Mikromusic. Only Natalia, her touching songs, extraordinary sensitivity and maturity, for which she has gathered courage over the past years.

Is this the first tour of her life? And yes, and no. But certainly the most important.
