Nathalie Fröhlich - Berlin - Urban Spree

Admission: 20:00 Start: 21:00

“I'm not a queen, I'm a goddess.”

Nathalie Fröhlich is becoming one of the most distinctive voices on the new rap and electronic scene. With her roots in the underground, she breaks the boundaries between techno, rap, pop and baile funk and creates a sound that is as explosive as it is emotional. As an incredibly intense rapper, she impresses with her extraordinary stage presence, which is reflected in her concentrated gaze and her lyrics, which hit as hard as they are true. Her raw energy ignites the audience from head to toe, whether at improvised raves or at major European festivals such as Paléo, Open Air St. Gallen, Festi'Neuch, Eurosonic and Les Eurockéennes. In just three years, she has completed more than 150 shows across Europe and Canada and earned a reputation on stage, which is often described as “a bulldozer who makes you want to start and celebrate a revolution at the same time.” Nathalie Fröhlich manages the balancing act between anger and celebration and transforms every performance into a collective exorcism. Her universe, in which rap, rave and performance art collide, stands for music that is free, radical and uncompromising. Authentic and without remorse, she is the voice of a generation that processes her anger through dance and transforms sweat into strength.
