The car drivers, of course

For the 23rd Pro City Night of Culture, CinemaxX Göttingen is showing the classic “Naturally the Car Drivers” with Heinz Erhardt — humorous, filmed locally and timelessly popular.

Chief guard Eberhard Dobermann regulates traffic at a busy intersection and distributes fines to speeders. When he learns that his daughter has fallen in love with an amateur racing driver of all people, he is shocked. He wants to prevent the liaison by all means. But then his life changes suddenly. Doberman, the car enemy and enthusiastic cyclist, wins the main prize in a raffle: a luxury car flashing chrome.
