We invite you to a special screening of the documentary “NAZA” by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, creators of the Oscar-winning “We Don't Want Another Land”. After the session, there will be a discussion with the participation of the Polish Medical Mission (PMM) - a medical humanitarian organization that operates where access to medical care is limited or unavailable. Its goal is to save the lives and health of patients, regardless of their age, living situation or origin. It runs aid projects, among others, in the Gaza Strip and in the West Bank. The guest of the discussion will be PMM communication coordinator Jakub Belina-Brzozowski.

At night, on the rooftops of Tel Aviv, former and current members of Israel's military structures talk about the systems they themselves co-created and operated. Based on the testimonies of 24 Israeli intelligence officers and soldiers, the film reveals the decision-making mechanisms of Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip, from military procedures and technology to the role of data and algorithms. “NAZA” grows out of more than three years of journalistic and investigative work and is produced by “The Guardian”. The executive producer was Jonathan Glazer, who won an Oscar for “Zone of Interest”. The film had its world premiere in the main competition of the Venice Festival, where it won the Special Jury Prize. After the screening, we will talk about reality, which in the film remains largely outside the frame. “NAZA” is a film about war seen not from the battlefield, but from the places where decisions are made. After the session, we want to talk about what consequences these decisions have for people who are on the other side of them
