DESCRIPTION OF THE SHOW:

“The Play That Goes Wrong” — two Henrys, Lewis and Shields, and Jonathan Sawyer — is a demonstration of how beautiful things can go wrong. Here is an amateur team from the Polytechnic under the direction of the Director putting on a play in the style of Agatha Christie: the English court, the murdered Lord, his Bride, the Bride's brother, the butler, the Lord's brother and the gardener Arthur and — of course, the most important character — the Inspector. And behind the scenes — until the time! “Inspector... Lord murdered, suspects - practically all... The actors - amateurs, however, do not cope well with the tension of the stage, the text escapes, the Lord Heaven is spinning, the stretcher collapses... The door knocks out the Bride, the Inspector replaces her, but only when she stops replacing the shelf above the fireplace... The elevator jammed, The dog, who was supposed to play the Dog, disappears... Despite all these mishaps, the story of the murder in the upper English spheres is still going on. Nothing Plays is a great hit, recognized as the best comedy in London's West End, and also received the prestigious Laurence Olivier Award. This obliges, but also guarantees excellent fun. The play “The Play That Goes Wrong” was recognized as the best comedy in London's West End, winning the Laurence Olivier Award.
