During the open meeting, we will look at audio descriptions and other ways of making content available to people who are blind and visually impaired. We will show a fragment of the performance with and without audio description. This time, however, the audio description will be heard by everyone — thanks to a voiceover reading it live.

Together we will consider what audio description changes and how it affects the perception of the performance. We will talk about how it is created, what the work of an audio descriptor and a voiceover consists of, and what the experience of a person using audio description looks like.

The guest of the meeting will be Arnold Osiecki - a blind actor, model.

The meeting will be attended by people involved in the preparation and presentation of audio descriptions.

It will also be a space to talk, exchange reflections and ask questions.
