Ninanki | Music and movement activities for the youngest

Ninanek's idea was created by Prof. Dr. Krzysztof Ficek, an outstanding orthopedist and sports medicine specialist, who was inspired by the movement of his granddaughters Nina and Natalia. The Ninanka program can be described as a “Movement Suite” based on motor patterns. A suite is a musical form, consisting of individual miniatures, that is, constituent parts. Each miniature is composed for a specific solo instrument on which a given fragment is performed. In Ninanki, the soloists are animals, representing individual movement patterns: Lama — Kangaroo with Kangaroo gait pattern — Cat squat pattern — torso flexion pattern Lion — torso straightening pattern Tiger — Panther pushing pattern — torso rotation pattern Bear — pulling pattern. The classes consist of: greeting with the author's song of movement warm-up with music, presentation of the topic of the activity — presentation of the pet, familiarization with its rhythm of movement, the direction of the melody reflecting the movement of the animation with music — a specific animal of musical-motor exercises based on the specificity of motor patterns of ihibical-incentive relaxation exercises with music — the so-called. In each class, exactly one movement pattern is discussed and presented, where it is then mixed with subsequent ones and hampered.

During the classes, live instruments and singing of the whole group are used whenever possible.

We ask that children wear comfortable clothing, socks and sports shoes.
