NO CIGAR has quickly established itself as one of New Zealand's most promising names. The quintet from Aotearoa New Zealand have released three studio albums — “Under The Surface” (2025), “The Great Escape” (2023) and “Bienvenido” (2022) — and have achieved major backing in Australasia, the UK, Europe and the United States. They captivate audiences with their infectious energy and captivating storytelling.

Their latest album “Under The Surface” was mostly written in Chantilly, a small town an hour's drive north of Paris, where the band rehearsed, wrote and recorded music while touring Europe in 2023. The album was completed during their tour back in New Zealand with producer Connor Jaine. The new album highlights their unique blend of psychedelic rock and groovy guitars. The band's growing popularity is driven by their dynamic live performances, which have given them a faithful and enthusiastic fan base.
