Norway 2.0 off the grid

A beautiful, smart show, taking on important content, but realized lightly, freshly, contemporary, at times comedic, at times surprising, with interaction with the audience, with an interesting use of multimedia, engaging the viewer one hundred percent from the first to the last scene. It shows the perception of the world by today's young people who grow up in a parallel, online space, their attitude towards of the eternal, “only righteous truths” preached by their generations before them. The title of the play refers to Igor Bauersima's popular drama “Norway.Today”, in which two young people, seemingly having everything, so confident in online relationships, turn out to be completely lost in the realities of the real world and - paradoxically - look for the meaning of life in the planned end of it with a joint jump from the fjord. The performance in the Lubuskie Teatr is an attempt at dialogue with the aforementioned art. The main characters - Julia and Augustus are the voice of modern youth, who, receiving everything “on a silver tray”, get lost and rebel against the indifference of the world around them.
