Window/The Window | Festival Doll Too Man 2026

THE WINDOW is a visual and moving reflection on the fragility of perception, the need to find meaning and the longing for light.

Somewhere, in a hospital that seems to be ripped out of time, two patients share the same room and the dense silence of waiting. Mr. White, sitting by a window covered with heavy rain, describes every day a world full of life — a vibrant park, people, colors and movement. Thanks to his stories, the claustrophobic space begins to breathe. However, when the routine is interrupted and the truth behind the “window” comes to light, the perspective changes radically.

The play explores with extraordinary subtlety the line between reality and imagination, between hope and illusion, using the language characteristic of the theater of the subject and contemporary animation.

“THE WINDOW” received four awards at the International Festival of Children's Theater “Igor Madžirov” 2025 in Skopje (North Macedonia):
