Illumination outside the surface | Forest Bath inspired by the exhibition “Beyond the Pavement” with Ewa Kruchowska

There is something hidden in the crevices of the sidewalk, the shade of a tree, the urban undergrowth and even in the art gallery that is worth taking a closer look. During the “Shining Beyond the Surface” we will combine the attentive experience of Nature with the discovery of the exhibition “Beyond the Surface”.

17.10.2026 | 13:00 — 15:00 GCSW, ul. Strajku Dokerów 5 Free participation, registration is valid by email: n.krysztofowicz@gcsw.pl

This will be neither a classic tour nor a traditional Forest Bath. Instead, we will examine what happens at the intersection of nature and culture, interior and exterior, the living and the man-made.

The workshop will be led by Ewa Kruchowska — psychologist, certified psychotherapist and passionate about the practice of Shinrin-yoku, or the Japanese art of mindful immersion in Nature.

You don't have to go to the forest to immerse yourself in it. Sometimes you just need to change the way you look.

Stop for a moment and discover Nature where you may not have seen it before or have not seen it before.
