To achieve your dreams, is it enough just to dare to reach for them? Or is it sometimes worth creating a plan and following a well-thought-out path to it in order to avoid danger? Our musical performance of Wings of Icarus takes as its starting point the mythological story of the escape of Icarus and Daedalus from Crete. Ambitious and impetuous, Icarus wants to escape from the sad and monotonous island by the simplest route — to the Sun. His father, along with Ariadne — speaking in the voice of reason — warns him against recklessness, submission to delusional impressions and violent emotions. Will Icarus listen to the warning and, by the way, learn to follow... music?
