Paintings, sculptures, the royal crown, Meissen porcelain, embroidered dresses, tapestries — these are just some of the riches waiting in the gallery dedicated to the art of the 15th-18th centuries. During the tour of the gallery, we will not only appreciate the craftsmanship and skills of ancient artists and craftsmen, but also look for an answer to the question of how art satisfied the ambitions of princes, aristocrats, clergy, wealthy townspeople. The first of three tours of the Gallery will be devoted to court culture. Monika Mżołębska — a graduate of the Institute of Art History of the University of Warsaw. For many years she has been an educator and lecturer in the Education Department of the National Museum in Warsaw, author of audio descriptions at the Gallery of Medieval Art. She conducts lectures, classes with groups of children and adults, as well as family workshops. The subject of her interest is the history of culinary, the borderlands of art and the history of customs.
