Eurydice dies under tragic circumstances. Orpheus is left alone. What's next? We go through grief in different ways. In the depiction of an ancient myth, it becomes an excuse to ask questions about ways of experiencing loss, about forgotten or new rituals and their potential to bring a person out of loneliness. The play, focusing on the character of Orpheus, tries to tell about all those who remain when a loved one dies.
The play TR Warszawa presented as part of the 8th ZONA KONTAKT Drama Festival. The program of the festival is here.
