Estate A in the sgraffito technique

Osiedle A, the first estate of “Nowe Tychów” is full of various ornaments made in the sgraffito technique.

Participants of creative art workshops, using pastels and paints, will have the opportunity to make their own unique plaques, referring to those that can be admired above the entrances to the staircases of the first estate “Nowe Tychów”. They will use the sgraffito technique, which involves scraping the top layer to reveal the colors and patterns hidden beneath it. This is a great opportunity to develop imagination and manual skills. Finished works will be a great souvenir from classes.

Each participant of the workshop will also receive a gift in the form of the latest publication of the Municipal Museum in Tychy, addressed to the youngest — “In Tychy on estate A, here everything began”. Even more creative challenges await in the booklet — tasks and puzzles and plenty of space for your own creativity to continue in the comfort of your home.
