You take a picture, you mark the place where you took it, you tag the people who are on it, you add a filter, you put it on the web, and it goes around the world and reaches millions. Everything goes online today, and the anonymity of the internet creates an illusory sense of power, freedom and impunity. We think we can write or say anything in it that we wouldn't sign up for in the real world. For Julia and Cuba - as for millions of people - the Internet is a source of likes, popularity, affection of others, but also a tool of retaliation. But do they realize that nothing is lost on the internet? Are they aware of the consequences of a stupid prank at a party? Are they so cruel that they were ready to go to something similar? Did they just want to gain a few followers? And is there any hope that cyperviolence, hatred and destruction of others will not go unpunished?
