The event will be devoted to broadly understood personal and social development — from communication and building relationships, through developing competences useful in professional and private life, to culture, art and conscious participation in social life.

It is a space to talk about how to better understand yourself and others, communicate your needs effectively, build valuable relationships, and develop skills that matter both at work and in everyday life. Issues related to culture will also be an important element — its influence on our perception of the world, the way we communicate and build community, as well as the role of art and culture in developing creativity, empathy, sensitivity and openness to diversity.

Maria Rotkiel — psychologist, therapist, mentor and motivational coach with more than 25 years of experience. She specializes in couples and family therapy, crisis intervention, communication, stress management and personal and professional development, among others.

Mateusz Grzesiak — psychologist, entrepreneur, consultant and lecturer, author of 27 books, working internationally. It combines knowledge of psychology, business, management and competence development, working with entrepreneurs, organizations and individuals.
