Pablo Miro

Songwriter, singer and multi-instrumentalist — Pablo Miró is a one-man band, but also creates a captivating intensity with his outstanding live group.

The musician from Buenos Aires is considered one of the great talents of his generation of Argentinean artists. His music, which combines the various aspects of South American rhythms, oscillates between folklore, tango, jazz, samba and bossa nova. Miró's textual lightness should not obscure social criticism motivated by her own biography. Pablo Miró fled as a teenager from the military junta, which was then angry in his home country. Both sides of Miró will appear in his dual program on October 9.
