Description of the film

In 1936, the people of Palestine rise up against British rule. Yusuf divides his life between Jerusalem and life in the province, dreaming of a future free from the turmoil of war. As the number of Jewish settlers fleeing the tide of anti-Semitism in Europe grows, Palestinians are uniting in an act of greatest resistance in the 30-year history of British rule. All sides face an inevitable confrontation. Crucial moments are coming for the future of the British Empire and Palestine.
