The band, which was born in 1984, has been permanently inscribed in the history of Polish popular culture. During the period of his greatest popularity, he played hundreds of concerts, and his albums and cassettes sold in impressive editions. It was Papa Dance that gave the audience timeless hits such as “Naj Story”, “Ocean of Memories”, “Our Disneyland”, “Monaliza” or “Kamikaze return”, which still resonate in concerts and radio broadcasts to this day.

Paweł Stasiak has been at the helm of the band for years — a vocalist associated with the group since 1986 and one of the icons of Polish entertainment music. The current Papa D line-up also includes: Jacek Szewczyk, Waldemar Kuleczka, Marcin Tywoniuk and Dariusz Piskorz.
