Shakhrajka Flea

More than one generation of Poles grew up on Jan Brzechwa's poem. A prominent representative of the Skamandrites knew how to speak to children, as rarely as a poet. He dressed the mischief of the wayward Flea in delicious rhymes, which in the play directed by Anna Seniuk sparkle with all the colors also thanks to the music of Maciej Małecki. Solo pranks, mischief for a duet, choral streams of jokes build a warm, joyful spectacle that introduces not only the youngest to the world of theater and opera. And if it is an “adult” opera, it appears in the play and it - an aria from Stanisław Moniuszko's Scary Manor and an aria from Giacomo Puccini's Toska create an additional context for the presence of the Chess Flea on the stage of the opera theater.
